Refund and Cancellations Policy

Please note Jayshree Daduram Seva Trust reserves the right to refuse/cancel a donation if:
  • You do not indicate the purpose of the donation.
  • You do not give your full name, address and other contact details.
  • People ask questions related to Hinduism

You do not give your PAN when donating ₹ 10,000/- or above. When you try to donate but due to slow internet connectivity, bank server failure or technical problem of the website, you do not receive any confirmation message, and find that the money has been debited from your bank account, please contact us: info@maharshidaduram.com We will check the transaction status and update / inform you the status of the transaction.

Disputes and Refunds

All complaints, grievances and disputes will be treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner, having due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith. If you believe that there has been an error with your donation, you should notify us directly on +91 701-662-9125 and by email at info@maharshidaduram.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query quickly.

Please Note:
  • If you would like your donation to Jayshree Daduram Seva Trust to be refunded,
  • You must request Jayshree Daduram Seva Trust in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach Jayshree Daduram Seva Trust within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you made the donation i.e. the date on which you:
  • Made the donation online, electronically or through other means, OR
    Handed over the cheque / demand draft to Jayshree Daduram Seva Trust or someone authorised by Jayshree Daduram Seva Trust for this purpose, OR
  • Despatched the cheque / demand draft to Jayshree Daduram Seva Trust by other means. The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation: Date of donation
Donation amount
  • If donation was made through cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no.
  • If donation was made through credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
  • If donation was made online, please provide Donation-ID.
